🌶️ the spice trader - pasta making

for this week’s pre-read, i want to chat about this FANTASTIC event i attended at The Spice Trader. It was a Pasta Making class for a relatively affordable price ($65 pp.) You got to watch the chef from former Italian restaraunt Noce make pasta from scratch in a variety of different ways, and we went home with ready to cook pasta + tons of dough to make at home! I also personally love the shop owner, Allison. She’s so lovely and has phenomenal recommendations. I left with this smoked maple syrup (that i could literally drink it’s so good) and a new spice blend that she recco-d since I love making yummy things in the kitchen, but also want to simplify the process as much as possible. Everything about the experience was divine.
